Delivery, Returns and Exchange
Important Information
All products are scotch guarded for protection against stains and dirt.
Delivery
Your order will be dispatched within 3 – 5 working days via Royal Mail first class, first class recorded or Air Mail as specified in your confirmation email.
Returns
Our products are of the highest quality, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days and as long as it has not been worn we will issue a full refund upon receipt. Full returns information will be included with your order.
We will not accept returns if we have made a bespoke product to fit your dog, unless it is faulty.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or different product just email order@funkymutts.co.uk and return your goods in its unused condition contact name and address and what you would like to exchange it for.
As a small family run business quality of products and customer service are our top priority we want you to be 100% happy with the service and products you receive. All items are hand made by us so a high standard of workmanship is guaranteed.
